The Halloween television schedule is ripe with scary movie classics, terrifying horror flicks and entertaining reality shows and documentaries. Here are some of the best listings that the Halloween television season has to offer in 2008.

31 Days of Halloween on Sci-Fi Channel

During the month of October, Sci-Fi will air 31 days worth of scary flicks, some of which include a bunch of low-budget, tacky horror flicks. Rest assured, however, that if you're not the cheesy horror flick type, then you can also tune in to some classics like Friday the 13th, The Thing and the original Saw. Travel Channel Premiers New Reality Show About Ghosts

Beginning on October 17th at 8 p.m. the Travel Channel will begin airing a new show titled Ghost Adventures, starring three paranormal investigators: Zac Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin. The premier episode actually aired last year on Sci-Fi Channel, so for some of us, this might be a repeat.
